Every meaningful decision begins with a real problem faced by developers and digital creators.
Time, intellectual effort, reputation, and delivery deserve systems designed to protect them.
Talent should have the tools and community to grow from freelancer to creator and business owner.
Hello, my name is Bui Hanh.
I am a software developer from Vietnam. For more than fifteen years, I worked across freelance platforms, building products, solving difficult problems, and learning what it really takes to deliver digital work well.
Like many developers, I entered freelancing with hope. I believed skill could create freedom and open doors across borders. It did—but the journey also showed me how fragmented, demanding, and isolating digital work can become.
The challenge was never only commission. It was the feeling that platforms often understood the transaction better than the person behind it. They saw the final delivery, but not the research, pressure, revisions, judgment, and care required to make it possible.
So I stopped asking how to build another freelance marketplace. I began asking a different question: what would a platform look like if it truly understood developers?
That question became Zolanc. It was created from inside the work—not from a distant office studying freelancers as a market segment. Its foundation comes from real projects, difficult lessons, long nights, and the belief that digital talent deserves better support and deeper respect.
Zolanc is designed as more than a place to find a project. It connects talent, services, digital products, AI, learning, and enterprise delivery so builders can develop skills, create assets, earn income, and grow sustainable businesses without starting over on a different platform at every step.
Every feature should answer one question: does this truly help the developer and improve the quality of the outcome for the client? That means clearer workflows, stronger delivery protection, practical tools, responsible innovation, and opportunities that reward real contribution.
We will not pretend the road has no challenges. Our promise is that developers should not have to walk it alone—and that clients should be able to engage digital talent through a system designed for trust, accountability, and excellent work.
Built by developers, for the people who build the digital world.
This is my story and my commitment. I hope Zolanc becomes the place where developers find fair opportunity, practical support, and the respect their work deserves.
